When you fill in the contact form, your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and message are sent to us. We do not otherwise collect personal data automatically.
Purpose of Processing
We process this data solely to respond to your request and communicate with you. We do not use it for marketing.
Third Parties
- We use Resend to deliver emails.
- We use Cloudflare Turnstile for form security (spam protection).
- Reservations are handled on the external HotelRunner platform, which is subject to its own privacy policy.
Retention
Your contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and are then deleted.
